Domestic shipments within the U.S. typically take 7-14 business days via standard shipping. International destinations (including Canada, UK, EU, and Australia) require 14-21 business days for delivery, accounting for customs processing and our commitment to damage-free transit. These extended windows reflect our partnership with carriers who specialize in handling fashion apparel with care.
We currently ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union countries, Australia, Japan, and select Middle Eastern nations. Available destinations are displayed during checkout based on current logistics capabilities.
Our shipping fees are structured as follows:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees in the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs. For EU/UK/Australia orders over $300, we prepay VAT/GST. Unclaimed parcels will incur a $5 restocking fee plus a $10 return shipping charge.
We require signature confirmation for all deliveries. Three delivery attempts will be made before items are returned to our facility. Reshipment fees apply ($15 domestic/$40 international). For security reasons, we cannot deliver to PO boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
