At Buzztrend, we take extra care to ensure your fashion items are perfect before shipping. Our processing time is 3-5 business days (longer than typical fast fashion retailers) to allow for quality inspections and careful packaging. During peak seasons (November-January), processing may extend to 5-7 business days. Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected]. After this period, your order enters our fulfillment system and cannot be canceled - but don't worry, our generous return window gives you plenty of time to decide if you love your items.
We want you to love every Buzztrend purchase! You may return unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached within 21 days of delivery (longer than the standard 14-day policy). For exchanges, we allow 30 days to accommodate potential shipping delays. Simply initiate your return through www.buzztrend.shop and select your preferred option. Please note: clearance items marked "Final Sale" and intimate apparel cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. All swimwear must have the hygienic liner intact for returns to be accepted.
To maintain our quality standards, returned items must: (1) Be in original condition with no signs of wear, odors, or stains (2) Include all original packaging including Buzztrend branded polybags (3) Have all security tags and labels attached. Our quality team thoroughly inspects each return - items failing inspection will be returned to you at your expense within 10 business days with photographic evidence of the issue. We cannot accept returns that appear worn, altered, or damaged.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. This extended timeframe allows for our detailed quality verification process. The refund amount will exclude original shipping charges and any return shipping costs you incur. For payments made via credit card or PayPal, please allow an additional 3-5 banking days for the refund to appear in your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as Buzztrend cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit. For exchanges over $200, we may provide a prepaid return label at our discretion (cost will be deducted from your refund if the label isn't used).
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with clear photos/videos showing the issue. We'll arrange free return shipping and either expedite a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a full refund including original shipping costs. This exception to our standard policy demonstrates our commitment to your complete satisfaction with Buzztrend products.
Customized items (including monogrammed pieces) cannot be returned. For holiday purchases made between November 20 and December 31, the return window extends to January 31. Buzztrend reserves the right to refuse returns from customers with excessive return rates (more than 50% of orders). In such cases, we may issue store credit instead of a refund to the original payment method.
